Printing

We are Pigment printers which gives us great flexibility with constant and precise results.

We have Hand, Gali, Faltbed and Rotary printing facilities together with in house preparation and Stenter (fabric stretcher) and sanforizer (softening) machines - all under one roof!

	Hand - Unlimited colours 56"(1420mm) 53M Long The original method for screen printing. Two men hand print each screen and the result is a sharp beautiful print. This table is very flexible and is usually used for short runs and exclusive designs of a showroom quality. We also provided a mini screen service for sampling of new designs.
	Gali - Unlimited Colours 2 x 60" (1524mm) 53M Gali table A semiautomatic process using flat screens and an unlimited number of colours. This is a similar to hand printing and is suitable for short runs of a showroom quality and also exclusive designs.

	Rotary - 8 Colours 72" (1830mm) Buser Rotamac Printing Machine, 8 colours with Stork fittings. Rotary Screen printing has cylinder screens enabling printing of continuous stripes and checks or any designs with a high coverage or difficult repeat, at 64cm. Capable of printing up to 8 colours and extremely cost effective on orders above 100 Metres with NO minimums.
	Flatbed Buser - 14 Colours 60"(1524mm) Flatbed, 14 colours, Buser Hydromag 7s. Our modern Flatbed machine prints up to 14 colours on flat screens and is particularly flexible with repeat sizes from 50cm to 3 metres. There are NO MINIMUMS.
	Inspection Our inspection department carefully inspects every print run on-site, by eye, then rolls the fabric and packages it ready for collection or shipping.
	Sanforizer Our modern sanforizer is ideal for preprinting and softening our prints.
	Bleach Range We can prepare and bleach cloth on-site. This machine employs the Cold Pad Batch Method of preparing cottons and linen xxxxx and produces a high quality finish.
	Stenter Our Stenter is equipped with a double Evac Vacuum slot ideal for applying dyes and finishes, such as optic brightness, softeners, easycare, stain resist, shower curtains and flame retardents.
	Warehouse Our large Warehouse holds our own range of base cloth and stores customers own cloth.
